Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

We offer several shipping methods for various markets we ship to. Rates are calculated according to how much you purchase and where we ship to as follows:

SINGAPORE

YAY! We are celebrating our launch in Singapore by giving free shipping on all orders until the end of 2024. Be kiasu, faster order! 

MALAYSIA

For all  orders up  to S$50 value, we charge S$10 for shipping. All orders over S$50 enjoys free shipping. 

EU & EEA

For orders from S$0 to S$150 we charge S$30 for shipping. All orders over S$150 enjoys free shipping. 

ASIA

All orders up to S$100 we charge S$25 for shipping. All orders over S$100 enjoys free shipping. We ship to, UAE, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Additional Information:

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Any applicable duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • For orders exceeding a certain amount (specify amount), we may offer free shipping within Singapore.

 

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We offer full refunds for opened or unopened, unused skincare products within 14 days of purchase if you are unhappy with the product or experience allergic reactions.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
We cannot accept returns of products that has  expired or  have been damaged due to customer negligence.
How to Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us by email gardr@bluco.biz
We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
